BRING IT TO THE POTTER
Jeremiah 18:3β4
"So I went down to the Potterβs house, and there He was working at His wheel. But the pot He was shaping from the clay was marred in His hands; so the Potter formed it into another pot, shaping it as seemed best to Him."
Thereβs something beautiful about how the Potter doesnβt throw the clay away when itβs disfigured. He doesnβt give up, but instead He reshapes. The same hands that formed us are the hands that make us new again.
When we come to God in prayer, itβs like stepping back onto the wheel. Bringing Him our brokenness, questions, and even the pieces we donβt understand.
In Japan, thereβs an art called kintsugi, where broken pottery is repaired with gold. The cracks donβt disappear. Theyβre filled and sealed, becoming the most beautiful part of the piece.
Prayer isnβt about saying the words that are perfect; itβs about being held in His hands, trusting that He knows how to make something whole again with the parts of us that turned into pieces.
Thatβs what God does with us. He doesnβt erase our brokenness; He redeems it, turning what once hurt into a testimony of His grace.
If you need prayer, weβd love to stand with you. Whether itβs a whisper of hope, a prayer for strength, or something you canβt quite put into words yet, here is that space to lay it down and get back on the wheel.
Our team reads every request and prays over them with care, as if they were our own.
Every broken place becomes part of the story. His grace fills the cracked places, and in His hands, even whatβs marred is made beautiful.
Bring your prayers to the Potter, the One who never stops shaping.
